NEW HMC Electronics KP00500 Kapton / Polyimide Masking Discs, 1/2" dia.
Used as a masking medium to protect parts of a circuit board where solder is not required. Typically there is a need to mask holes where components are to be inserted at a later date. Amber, 2.5-mil thick discs have a heat-resistant silicone adhesive that withstands temperatures up to 500°F. Supplied on rolls containing 2000 discs.
