This tool is from a reputable rental fleet company. It has had routine maintenance performed on it. It was serviced and put through quality assurance testing right before coming to us. It proved to be mechanically sound during this quality assurance testing.
This tool is in Great condition. There is some scratching / scuffs from normal use.
