This D-53 Semi-Automatic Strapping Machine is new, unopened and still in the manufactures packaging. It is the second-generation version of this design, manufactured by StraPack, the world’s leading strapping equipment manufacturer, and is the most modern semi-automatic strapping machine available. The D-53 is a belt-less tabletop strapper that utilizes two DC direct drives. It can be used on small to large packages (most any size or shape). The list price for this product is $1,450.00.

-Variable and Consistent Tension
Stabilized tensioning that is controlled with a microprocessor can be easily adjusted from 2 kgf to 50 kgf (4.4 lbs. to 110 lbs.) with a single dial. Tension is applied with a newly developed steel roller. In addition, the maximum tension range can be limited in order to prevent damage of valuable packages.
Longer sealing time (plus 0.5 seconds) for heavy strap can easily be applied.
It provides a broad workspace and maximum foot room.
Sealing head is located in the right side of the body in order to utilize the working surface of the tabletop. Machine body is small and light, easy to maneuver, yet strong and sturdy for heavy packages.
Only requires 30 seconds to reach operating temperature.
Cycle starts immediately after the strap is inserted into the band guide and completes the cycle faster than ever.
This model can be used with strap width ranging from 1/4 in. (5 mm) to 1/2 in. (12 mm).
