Here is a Wrist Pin Lube Kit compatable with the Quincy QRDT 20 HP and 30 HP. In these oilless two stage compressors the main routine maintenance is to lubricate the four needle roller bearings at the end of the connecting rods.
If this is neglected, the bearings can seize up and ruin the wrist pin or in extreme cases actually punch a hole in the side of the pots.
It's much easier to just lubricate the bearings once a year. This kit consists of four syringes of grease to lube the roller bearings - one for each cylinder of the compressor. If you were to order this type of kit from Quincy you would use part number 111640-8.
In the next few weeks, I will put a rebuilt QRDT-10 / QRDT-15 compressor module on e-bay.
