This machine is intended for use under conditions prevalent in electronics industry production lines. The operating environment for this equipment should be maintained at a temperature of 32°F - 112°F.

The 1-Section Conveyor consists of a single pair of narrow conveyor belts, mounted on opposing rails. The rail nearest the work at the front of the machine is stationary (known as fixed rail), while the far rail (the adjustable rail) can be moved to accommodate PCBs of various widths. The adjustable rail is repositioned manually by using the attached hand wheel.
The belt conveyors are directly driven by a pair of low-wattage AC motors. Conveyor Technologies uses these motors to ensure quick, consistent, smooth movement of the conveyors. The motors are virtually maintenance-free, and are able to operate quietly and efficiently without adding any substantial heat load to the production area.
The 1-Section Conveyors uses only a single photoelectric sensor to monitor the movement of the boards through the machine.

These conveyors were installed on machines for a circuit board machine vision application. However this project has discontinued before it ever finished and most of the conveyors were never even installed on machines yet. The conveyors are listed as used simply because 33% of the conveyors were installed on a machine and the rest have been in storage for a few years. Some, like the one pictured, still have the original bag of no-moisture pellets attached. The conveyors are all currently removed from machines and are now in storage. They may be a little dusty and some bolts may have some minor surface rust from sitting around, but all-in-all they look pretty nice. The moving parts are well greased and move with ease. Motors appear like new, but have not been tested. Most units will come with mounting brackets attached. Just a little clean-up and these units are like brand new.
