This charger is in excellent condition and was being used until we removed it and the unit can be used with 208, 240 and 480 three phase. We installed one just like it a few weeks ago that we purchased from the same lot. These are set for 480, but we easily configured it for the 208 volts we have in our warehouse. It's simply a matter of changing jumpers on the transformers.
