A Clean Shaper Tool Holder... like Armstrong #39 or #40?
Overall a nice clean gently used shaper tool holder which has no markings. I wire brushed it to get the light rust & grease off it. Head is setup for 3/8" wide x 3/8" thick... or thicker bits (7/16" ?) - but shank notch is slightly less. Shank measures 5/8" x 1.5" x 6.5" to the head.
