For holding medium to large parts or fixtures, the Haas HRT series of horizontal/vertical T-slot rotary tables is the answer. Chucks and fixtures can be easily bolted to the table using the six machined T-slots. Large through-holes allow bar feeding and special fixture locating. The Haas HRT 450 has a platter size of 450 mm (17.716") with a weight capacity of 425 lbs unsupported - 850 lbs when supported by a tailstock.
There are two ways to order Haas rotary products: with a servo control unit or without. The CNC versions of Haas rotary products DO NOT include a programmable servo control. These rotary products are programmed via the mill’s control and provide true 4th-axis capabilities. These units are designed for use on Haas mills with built-in 4th-axis drives. Call us at (***)-985-3857 with your machines serial number and we can telll you if your machine is "4th axis ready". If you want to purchase the unit with a servo controller so you can use this unit on any machine. You can purchase a servo controller for an additional $2000.00
