Ad is submitted by poster: I don't know what this is or what it is for ,sorry. Maybe you do and can get back to me. It has Capitol, Trade Mark PAT.AP'D.Baltimore,MD. With the Capitol building. Embossed in ,to me it looks like a bell.Maybe it's not, I'm not sure.,This part needs cleaning and the bolt itself is rusty but works. 1-7/8" wide. Please as questions.
