This is an R&M 1 Ton LM10 Electric chain hoist with a motorized trolley. It's set up for 460V, 3 phase, 20' lift, 16FPM on the hoist, 80/20 FPM on the trolley, 4 button PB with a start stop switch. The PB has a special quick disconnect. The unit is in good working condition. The only item I could find a problem with is the chain container looks damaged.
This unit retails for $4,185.00
