* Testing: Continuity on two poles.
* Please Note: Many sellers offer new pulls. These are breakers that were installed. We call them used. A New breaker is unused and uninstalled.
* Please Note. Many sellers offer reconditioned or refurbished breakers. All this means is they cleaned a used breaker. Reconditioning can be done only by the manufacturer, as breaking the factory seal voids the UL listing.
