Agilent / HP E5393A logic analyzer probe that works with the hewlett-Packard/Agilent model 16753A, 16754A, 16755A, 16756A, and 16760A logic analyzers. This probe has three 90-pin connectors to mate with the logic analyzer on one end and a 120-pin Samtec connector on the other end. The probe provides 48 single-ended data lines plus 3 differential data/clk lines. Manual that comes with the probe provides a great deal of information on physical dimensions, mating connector number, electrical models, and other information.
