The Body, the Nut and the Pull Stud are manufactured at D&R Mfg
The facility is registered to the ISO 9001 quality standard.
The Body and the Nut are made out of high-grade steel alloy hardened and finished to a high surface quality.
The pull stud is EMCO specific and made out of high-grade alloy steel heat-treated or not (your preference!).
The collets required are Commercially Available ER-25 Tapered Collets.
Please select your collets for your new EMCO tool holder using the following chart as a guide.
For the entire EMCO collet set!
Please note: one 15 pc set of Emco ER-25 collets will cover all the tool clamping sizes from 1/16 inch(1.5mm) up to 5/8 inch(17mm) in diameter.
These tool holders also fit Standard #30 taper milling machines
with the appropriate pull stud.
