The ballast is in the plug (110 V) and they have fifty (50') of cord that attaches to a 15" work light that weighs only 1/3 lb. The bulbs are not replaceable, but have a 7,000 HOUR life and they are BRIGHT. Perfect for your hanger, workshop, RV, attic, or any number of other uses. The government paid almost $70.00/APIECE for these and they have NO SHELF LIFE!
