Hiatts Model 2010 Chain-link Handcuffs, used by law enforcement professionals around the world. These double locking cuffs are precision manufactured in England from high carbon steel, then nickel plated for corrosion resistance. Each pair come with two standard keys and are individually serial numbered. All Hiatts restraints feature an 18 tooth drop bar for a wide range of wrist sizes, as well as Hiatts unique back-loading feature, which allows the cuffs shackle to be pushed through the ratchet, then pulled back to lock in position for fast cuffing. Hiatts steel handcuffs exceed US NIJ Standards.
