I'm selling lot of 20 new Tesla MHB8708C Erasable EPROMs (1k x 8 bits) which are clones of Intel I8708. You can see a white military marking at the pictures which means the chips have been specially tested by the Czech army. It gives the highest quality to the products. ICs have been never used even they were produced in the early 1980's, they are protected by the conductive packaging. The components were carefully stocked all the years.
Tesla MHB8708C is a full equivalent to: C8708, D8708 or M8708 by Intel, AM8708 by AMD, or to any other 8708 EPROM. Speed: 450 ns which means the timing specifically for the iAPX86 CPUs.
EPROM Package: ceramic DIL-24 with the window and the gold-plated pins and the window cover. Temperature range: -55°C .... 150°C. This is a great item for chip collectors. The price is for 20 EPROM chips (20 pcs).
