Description: WS-800 is a balanced blend of synthetic lubricants and corrosion inhibitors that are intended for use as received or it can be diluted with clean tap water. WS-800 is water-soluble and can be easily washed off parts and machines with any alkaline cleaner. WS-800 is a stable emulsion and will not split out or separate. It will not clog spray heads.
Applications: WS-800 is a very cost effective lubricant to be used in spray mist equipment or as a flood on automatics. It has excellent lubrication properties that make it useful in a wide variety of applications such as metal forming, turning, drawing etc. WS-800 produces bright finishes with the elimination of chip welding on the tool. Increased speeds and feeds are common with the proper use of all Maglube products.
