These Shoulder Screws are new. Shoulder Screws are commonly known as Shoulder Bolts and sometimes known as Stripper Bolts. They are most commonly used for rotating and/or sliding applications such as pulley shafts, in punch work, or for use as a bearing pin. The Shoulder Screw has an enlarged unthreaded, cylindrical shoulder under the head, the diameter of which serves as the basis for the begininning of the nominal size.
