Two 1-MOhm, Wide-Bandwidth Channels For 7000-Series Oscilloscopes
The 7A26 is the workhorse of the 7000-Series Vertical Plug-Ins. With two 1-Megohm channel inputs, this plug-in is the often the best choice for probed and direct-measurements. The high input resistance has minimal affect on the circuit under test, and the input range of 5-Volts/division to 5-Milivolts/division covers just about any measurement requirements. The factory 200Mhz bandwidth of this plug-in has been extended to 250/300Mhz of useful display (plug-in is marked with maximum extended-range value).

* Wide bandwidth (DC to 200Mhz, extended to 225/300+Mhz) measurements on two 1-Megohm vertical input channels (input resistance +/-2%).
* 5mv/div to 5v/div in ten steps in a 1,2,5 sequence. Aberrations on 5- and 50-mv range +/-4%, not to exceed 6% total P-P; 20-mv to 5-v ranges not to exceed 8%.
AC Coupled: Less than 10 hertz to greater than 250Mhz
20Mhz Switch Engaged: 20Mhz bandwidth, +/- 3Mhz
AC Coupled: 500 volts (DC + Peak AC); AC component 500 volts PP Max.
DC Coupled: 250 volts (DC + Peak AC); AC component 500 volts PP Max.

Calibration is performed by our knowledgeable Tektronix experts on own instrument-test bay. Only about half of the 7A26s that we work on make it through our quality inspection. Plug-ins that are too old, worn or damaged are discarded or disassembled for parts. We have devised a calibration technique that allows the 7A26 to meet all factory specs and extend the bandwidth by 50 to 100Mhz. You'll get the highest testing accuracy and extended capability from our refurbished plug-ins.
Not only do we make sure that our plug-ins meet or exceed factory specifications, but we also ensure that all knobs, screws, nuts, and locks are tightened. Any broken or chipped plastic parts are replaced. We try to make every plug-in as close to "new" as possible.
