When the smoking ban was introduced to the United Kingdom it put emphasis and regulations on employers. Not only is it necessary to have appropriate signage but in addition a SmokeFree Policy.
I have produced the following documents which can be seen in my shop to assist all sectors of business with their individual and demanding health and safety needs.

The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 makes it a legal obligation that employers of 5
persons or more to have a written health and safety policy in place.
The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 makes it a legal obligation that employers of 5 persons or more to have written risk assessments in place.
