The scope has Traces/Channels=2. BW=100MHz. Vertical Sensitivity=2mv/div-5V/div. Timebase=5ns-0.5S. RIN=1M Ohm. Vertical Accuracy=2%. Timebase accuracy=2%. Rise Time=3.5ns. On the Tek. 2236, vertical channels can be adjusted from 2 mv to 5 V/div. The horizontal timebase goes from .5 sec to 50 ns/div. With 10x expansion. Also this Oscilloscope includes a built in DVM, Frequency Counter section that measures frequency, period, width and totalizes on full wave form and intensified zone. The DMM section measures voltages and resistance through the floating connectors on the right side of the instrument.
