Z Axis LED Tool Height Setting Gauge...
The Z axis tool setting gauge allows an accurate tool height to be set from the work piece or machine table. The gauge has a contact area on the top face, for the tool. The tool height is then lowered until the LED is light, giving a precision tool height of 50mm.
The gauge is constructed of hardened stainless and has a magnetic base allowing tool setting on all planes. The tool contact is sprung loaded in case of over travel. An ideal accessory for digital readouts or CNC machine tools.
Included with the gauge: Wooden storage case and batteries.

We now have an engineering tool room which has our exhibition machinery on display. As our tool room is in constant use, we would ask that you contact us first before visiting.
