The inside of the tester is clean and in great shape. Tested 3 tubes we had, and 2 tested good, 1 tested bad. No way to test every socket or every tube type, but appears to be working. Outside of case is pretty weathered, but there is no breach to the inside. Tests for Grid Emission, Shorts, and Quality. Comes with original tube selector and instruction guide.
