THIS PEICE CAME OUT OF A LOT I BOUGHT IN 1990 FROM A CLOSED AUTOMOTIVE MACHINE SHOP SUPPLIER AND AT THAT TIME THEY WERE SITING UNTOUCHED FOR OVER 20 YEARS SO YOUR GETTING A TAP MANUFACTURED IN THE 1960S WHEN HIGH QUALITY MATTERED AND CHINEESE CRAP WAS'NT AROUND
