. Leybold Mag W 1300C Mag Drive Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump. This is a corrosive series pump designed for use in Etch, CVD, PVD and Ion Implantation process environments.
. Rotates easily, no rotor to stator contact or side wall contact. No noticable nicks or dings on rotors/stators.
. Pump body in good, clean condition, easisly servicable turbo. Minor deposition, would clean up easily. (most flakes off)
. Achieves pressures greater than 10-9 torr. Pumping speed of 1,220 l/s N2
. Water cooled with purge gas port, NW-40 foreline, ISO-250F inlet, with inlet screen.
. Full specifications can be located on the Leybold web site.
. 5 Axis Mag Bearing system, can be mounted in any orientation.
. OEM Leybold tags still on pump. A very good non abused system.
. Even after service/rebuild this would be a significant cost savings compaired to New.
