1 pound of 90% Gloss (High Gloss) Red Polyester Polyurethane powder coating. Made in the USA. Virgin powder, not recycled or reclaimed powder.
Chemistry: Polyester Polyurethane
Gloss: Approx. 90% @ 60 degrees (ASTM D-523-94)
Impact resistance: 120 in-lb direct, 120 in-lb reverse (ASTM D-2794-93)
Recommended bake: 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit metal temperature.
Exterior durability: Good UV resistance. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use and exposure to sunlight.
Quantity: 1 lb (0.454 kg) Discount available for larger quantities.
Notes: 1) If the part has dark welds or noticeable color/gloss variations, they can show through this powder unless a primer (for example our GRYEX050 epoxy primer) or two coats are used.
We use dual 4 mil thick resealable poly bags (thick plastic 'zip-lock' type bags) for 8 mils of protection.
