This is a brand new Radnor 17V-25-R Tig torch and single hose. It is rated for 150 amps. It comes complete with a Ground Block, Gas Lens, Collet, and Button back. Will also include a "rooster tail" This is a very solid and durable Rig, Just add a bottle of Argon and a welding machine and you are ready to heli-arc. Good Luck
