Barrel turns smooth and has no previous owners name or marks inscribed on it. Hand extension shaft is included but has damaged threads and can probably be retreaded. Including all extensions to measure from 3" - 12". Box is discolored and is missing padding on lid which was replaced by styrofoam. Except for the cosmetics of the box and the item I described the unit is functional.
