Complete Auto-Test with Owner's Manual and Schematics
Up for sale is a complete Varian 948 Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector. It includes two rough pumps ( Varian SD-200 & SD-300 ) along with a V80A Turbo pump with controller. Users manual is also included. This is a full manual which includes use, maintainence and even schematics.
This is in very good cosmetic condition, but the auto/manual switch has been removed from front panel. We do not have the equipment to properly test this unit. I do not want to risk damage to the unit by powering up with out plugs in place.
