USED: Sterling 3.5" single screw extruder, approx 27:1 L/D ratio. Electrically heated, water cooled 4 zone side vented barrel. Closed loop system with pump, tank and heat exchanger. Water cooled feed throat with hopper. Driven by a 75 hp, 500 volt DC motor thru a reducer, ratio 13.95:1. Approx 42" centerline height. Unit includes an 18 hole strand die, Sterling hydraulic screen changer with 1.5 hp power pack, control panel with Barber Coleman 580 controllers and a Veritron pad/PSO drive.
