There appears to be a .094 wide groove insert in this tool.
Stamped on the tool is NSR - 163D NB1. This is a good looking O.D. grooving tool that shows no more than just normal wear. There is a few dings on the shank where it looks like the set screw from the holder dragged when it was removed. There is a whole lot of life left in this one.
