Not sure how old it is or if it is functional, though I do know my father owned it, who took great care of all his possesions, so my guess is, its perfect!
On the back, there is a sticker which states " TESTED" 26/5/83 JBB.
I know very little about these so bare with me.
On the front there is (top to bottom)
* 16 RED lights (seem to be in sections of 4)
* 3 digit LED labelled "Entry" / 4 digit LED labelled "Data"
* 16~2 position toggles (4 sections of 4)
* 4 more individual ~ 2 position toggles
* 4 push button (micro switches)........they all "click"
* There is 2 leads (1 x ribbon and 1 x 2 lead) from the back (connectors pictured)
* There is also (input / output) at back for coax? RCA type.
Other than I believe it was manufactured by Multiflex Tech Inc. / that is all I can tell you.
