The rotary press laminator is a Black Brothers model RPP-875 s/n 090661. The unit was overhauled by Black Brother's at their facility in Illinois in late 2005, the pneumatic cylinders were overhauled by Black Brothers in early 2006. The unit has updated electronics, air lines and unwinds and is ready to run. Machine is on casters.
It has 68" rollers that are 8.75" O.D. rubber covered ground smooth. The machine has a combining pressure of 8000 pounds. Upper roll elevator adjusts from 0 to 4.5".
1.5 HP 230 volt 3 phase 60cps, mechanical variable speed drive 20 to 100 feet per minute.
2 operating control bars, thickness adjustment dial indicator, Double acting air cylinders with torsion bar control.
