We think that this is a high power UV system for exposing the photo resist on PCB's, IC's, or other photo lithography processes.
With no product tags or brand names present, we can only assume that this is a custom made piece.
It appears that this unit is complete, but with no experience with this type of equipments, we can't say for sure.
The optics appear to be clean and in pretty good shape. The previous owner had backed the case with the lens cloth to protect the fragile components.
Connections are present for both control as well as cooling water (or air?).
It looks to be a pretty nice unit.
