Elgin split bed lathe. This machine has a 7" swing and a drawbar for 4C collets (1 included). The motor has 2 speeds and 3 pulley steps for a total of 6 speeds. The motor is also has an electric brake that stops it instantly. Runs on 3 phase 230v power. The switch on one side turns the brake on and off and the other side selects between off and the 2 speeds. There is no reverse as its wired now anyway.
The tailstock looks shop made and is setup with pneumatics that move the end in/out when you push/lift a button on the table. Not sure what they were using this for.
I dont have any other parts or accys for this setup.
Motor/spindle run smooth and sound great.
