80/20 T-Slot Aluminum Bearing Housing for 40 Series METRIC Double Flange Linear Bearings, Part #40-6823 UNFINISHED, with or without Brake Holes.
Make your own 40 Series METRIC #40-6823 Double Flange Linear Bearings for a fraction of the cost of new bearings. This part is used to accomodate the 80mm sides of the METRIC 40-4080, 40-4080 Lite, 40-8080, and 40-8016 T-slot aluminum extrusions and may or may not have the brake holes as shown in the picture. The bearing pad profile, shim stock, and standard bearing pad screws (of which can be purchased in our store listings) are needed to make this part complete. The 80/20 catalog has the drill hole dimensions for the bearing pads. The indicated price is per piece and marked down accordingly due to the unfinished condition described below.
Unfinished items are pieces that have been pulled in the production process because of a slight variance in tolerance. These items have been cut and machined but are not deburred and/or anodized. These items are functional but may require additional work depending on your application.
