This is an adapter socket with 9 pin mini in to 8 pin octal out. Including a ground lug on the side.
This came with a bunch of old electrical stuff I bought and I have no use for it.
May be good for someone that has an older tester that doesnt have a 9 pin socket.
No brand on it and no writing other than patent info on bottom.
