Looks to be unused, Signatone S-926 Position 3-Axis Micropositioner. Field proven design combining precision and stability. The S-926 is suitable for features as small as One (1) Micron.
* Design with features allowing probing of micron and sub-micron geometries
* Constructed of machined aluminum and brass
* This is a "P" Version with pivot head and two additional knobs for quick coarse placement of probe tip.
* In addition, to "P" Version, this is a "L" for Left and "V" for Vacuum Base
* Length adjustable from 4.9 to 6.8 Inches
