The tank is fabricated of polypropylene capable of holding 2 100MM wafer carriers
tank size: 19" long x 9.5 wide 9 inches deep.
I tested the operation panel and it looks like everything works. It is missing the RF Generator(ENI 1040L) and signal generator( Heath kit sg1271).
This system need alittle work and parts
