You get one Victoreen 5803 tube. These are submini. It is a triode, it has four leads and special packaging, it is probably for electrometer service. The only references online I have found so far is a price $13.00 each and it is listed in one of the military equiv books as a submini triode apparently an upgraded version of the VX-32. Probably for use in Geiger counters, likely to have a 1.25 volt heater and a 45 or less plate voltage. The packaging is special to keep the leads from getting contaminated.
