Used with display problem: Here is engineers report from checking it our for listing:
"Unit powers up, and the buttons light up properly when pressed, but the display is not working. You just get a little squiggle in the center of the display. The unit says it will go from 50KHz up to 21 GHz, but the high end may require an external mixer which is not included. It is hard to determine the upper frequency range with the display not working."
