Need help in ID of this punch tool, if that's what it is. Base is 1' x 6". Handle at top pulls toward user, which drops a punch pin down into a support arm which has a hole in it. Pin punch is around 1/16" in dia. Handle is spring loaded in the middle block. Punch possibly is homemade. I'm guessing some type of chain repair punch. I also have some type of crimping tool (ID needed). Questions welcome. 208sw3.
