Thernal Dynamics has introduced a new family of CUTMASTER 1Series air plasma cutting systems, featuring the company's revolutionary 1Torch plasma torch and patent pending ATC (Advanced Torch Connector) quick disconnect.
The CUTMASTER 1Series family includes three new air plasma cutting systems for 2004. They include the CUTMASTER 51, 81 and 101. The 1Series family also incorporates the CUTMASTER 38 introduced in late 2002 to provide a complete range of machines from gauge material to 1-1/4 inch maximum cut capacity to handle virtually any air plasma cutting task.
Each system is suitable for cutting materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel in applications ranging from construction to fabrication to manufacturing.
End users will enjoy all the advantages of 1Torch technology with each of these systems, says Mike Linehan, Thermal Dynamics marketing manager. The same flexibility and cost savings can be achieved as with the 1Torch Replacement Torches which can be retrofitted to virtually every popular plasma cutting system in the marketplace. Plus, all 1Series machines take advantage of the new start technology that eliminates electronic interference.
CUTMASTER 1Series systems are built to stand up to rugged environments. Wraparound roll bars provide excellent protection during transport and while on the job. An advanced powder coat finish provides scratch and mar resistance to the case surface.
All CUTMASTER 1Series machines are IP-23C and CSA/NTRL/C certified. They are backed by a three-year warranty (one year torch warranty).
