This is a brand new set (1 Black and 1 of Red) professional quality Hirschmann 4mm clamp type test probes which are designed to securely grip wires, terminals, pins, circuit boards and components etc. up to 5.5 mm diameter with their spring loaded hook-gripper. They have a rigid shaft, and will accept any standard 4mm plug or test lead in its socket. Hirschmann part numbers are 972157100 and 972157101 KLEPS 290 Black and Red. (They are similar to the 972309100 and 972309101 Hirschmann KLEPS 2900 Black and Red illustrated but differ in so much as both handle and shaft are red or black, and not like the photo illustration where the shaft is sleeved in yellow.)
These are listed individually in the RS catalogue (RS 230-0891 and RS 230-0885) at £ 9.95 for each colour
