The Manual has a soft cover, construction-paper like. It is in good condition for it's age. Just a couple of spots, a little wear, and a little missing from the bottom binding edge. The interior pages are in very good condition. There is just a little light stain at the side edge of a few pages. The original owner's name is written in pencil on the bottom edge of the book and also in ink on an inside blank page.
