Best described to me as; A PARATECH buster tool it is used to Breach, Break, Force and Pry…. I purchased this item from a retired fire fighter; it is used and has his initials scratched on it. The rubber handle has about a 1†slice in it at the bottom. The locking mechanism works and its in overall good working condition, it comes with a leather case with a belt loop attached that the axe part fits in to. On the axe it has PARATECH USA 017134
