Description: The HP 5372A Frequency & Time Interval Analyzer makes continuous measurements at rates up to 13.3 million per second. The 5372A analyzes this data, turning it into useful information by producing statistics, histograms, time variation graphs, and performing limit tests. The 5372A has the ability to analyze the dynamics of frequency, time interval, and phase as a function of time. The 5372A can help you analyze jitter effects, characterize the transient and steady state responses of a VCO, examine frequency or phase modulation, measure frequency stability, analyze computer peripherals, or measure fast hopping radio signals. The HP 5372A offers deeper memory and hardware histograms compared with the 5371A. A full set of arming and trigger features allow you to precisely select waveform features to be measured. Option 020 FastPort consists of 3 rear-panel 40-pin connectors that provide access to the raw unprocessed time and event data for ultra high-speed data capture.

Condition: Reconditioned and Performance Tested to meet manufacturers specifications. Clean unit inside and out. Physically inspected, hardware re-torqued, connectors treated with a preservative, controls and switches lubricated as appropriate, power supply electrolytics tested. Burned in for 72 hours and then performance tested. All knobs and switches are in good condition. Besides passing the self-test as shown the unit has also been performance tested using external laboratory standards.
