GE Spectra series circuit breaker. Needs to refubished, the handle will not reset. After a shut down and the breaker was turned off it would not turn on again. $1300.00 later we had a new breaker, not to mention labor. I was told this can be refurbished and I am trying to recoupe some of those costs.
