The 8904A multifunction synthesizer generates accurate sinewaves from 0 Hz to 600 kHz with 0.1 Hz resolution. The 8904A also has five other standard functions: square, triangle, ramp, from 0 Hz to 50 kHz plus dc, and Gaussian white noise.
* Tone, DTMF, digital, Hop Ram sequence modes
* Frequency range: Sine to 600 kHz; square, ramp, triangle to 50 kHz
* Frequency accuracy: internal 10 MHz time base ±50 ppm
* Phase (sine): resolution: 0.1°, range: 0 to 359.9°
* One to four internal channels
* Output amplitude: 0 to 10 Vpp into 50 ohms
* Output resolution: 3.5 digits
* AM, FM, Phi-M, DSBSC, and pulse modulation
* 35 store/recall registers
Option 001: adds 3 internal channels, Channel A modulation, summation, FM stereo mode and sequence capability.
Option 002: adds second internal synthesizer & output
Option 003: adds fast hop and digital modulation
Option 004: Connectors on rear of unit (this can be changed easily)
