This Harness has been used very little ,
there are no signs of wear that I can see anywhere .
It is a size ( o/s - g/u ) which is between the S and the L ,
So I assume that means a Medium .
It also says capacity 310 lbs. one person .
There is also a 4ft. lanyard included that
